  • Orchestrate the production programme in close collaboration with the production planning department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with process assurance and quality control to proactively address and resolve any manufacturing or quality challenges.
  • Champion continuous improvement, initiating and executing process optimisations grounded in Lean Management principles to elevate operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with:
  • A successfully completed vocational qualification in a relevant field, such as a Chemical Technician (m/f/d), paired with further training as a Technician (m/f/d) or Master Craftsman (m/f/d).
  • Alternatively, a strong academic background with a degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience as a manager within a fast-paced production environment in the process industry.
  • Proven experience with Lean Management and project management methodologies is a distinct advantage.
  • An independent working style characterised by a strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within the diverse process industry manufacturing sectors, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, plastics and polymers, industrial gases, and metals processing.
What We Offer:

  • An attractive benefits package commensurate with a leading industrial employer.
  • Relocation expenses will be covered where applicable.
