In your role as Group Leader/Lean Agile Leader (m/f/divers) you are responsible for 15- 20 Software Engineers (Developers, Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Master or similar) of the local CI platform department. In this role, you work closely with the international network of Lean Agile Leaders of the department. As Group Leader/Lean Agile Leader, you are going to have the responsibility of providing Software Engineers with the required competencies for agile release trains. You are going to strive for providing high-performance teams by empowering individuals and teams to improve their potentials, as well as by driving continues improvement of organizational and operational setups.

Your tasks include the following responsibilities:
  • Leading the software development organization within the location
  • Capacity planning and recruitment
  • Mentoring and development of Employees
  • Planning and managing of department related costs and project budgets
  • Planning and managing external subcontractors
  • Supporting and driving strategic organizational development and transformations
  • Supporting and driving continuous improvements of processes, methods and lean-agile principles
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in cross-cultural leadership
  • Strong background in SW Engineering, ideal in C/C++
  • Profound knowledge in agile methods like Scrum, continuous integration/DevOps and SAFe
  • Very good handling with MS Office software
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Passioned to develop and coach as a leader
