IT Compliance Lead - €110k DOE – Hessen (Hybrid) - 5997

Responsibilities:

You will build and manage IT governance, risk, and compliance across the organisation You will define IT compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal requirements You will lead DORA efforts and related frameworks (MaRisk, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT) You will own group IT and information security policies and ensure security controls are embedded in IT projects and the SDLC You will act as Deputy ISO and support security governance and audits You will oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, including board-level reporting You will establish business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks

Required Skills:

You have C2/Native German C1+ English language skills

You have hands-on experience with DORA implementation and solid knowledge of European/German banking regulations (MaRisk, EBA), GDPR You have knowledge of IT controls, governance frameworks – ISO27001, COBIT, ITIL You have strong communication skills (incl. with high-level stakeholders) You have BCM experience – business continuity and disaster recovery
