As Lead Social Media & Digital Content Creation, you will shape AMERIA AG's public presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. You will work directly with the CEO and Head of Marketing, develop creative formats and implement them independently – from storyboard to posting. In this way, you will strengthen our reach, digital visibility and thought leadership and position AMERIA as a DeepTech pioneer in the field of AI.

Your Role:
Strategic:

Developing and implementing our social media strategy with a focus on visibility, interaction and brand building. Strengthening AMERIA's digital positioning through innovative formats, storytelling and thought leadership content. Working closely with the CEO on topic selection, strategic communication and brand management. Coordination of cross-functional communication projects (website, press, newsletter).

Operational:

Independently creating and publishing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. (texts, visuals, stories, reels) Video production: storyboarding, recording, editing, post-production Community management and performance monitoring Maintaining a structured editorial plan.

Your role:


Support in the planning, management and implementation of creative projects in the areas of social media, content and digital communication Coordination and consultation between internal teams (design, marketing, development) and external partners and service providers Participation in the development of innovative marketing and communication concepts with a focus on gesture control, human-machine interaction and forward-looking technologies Independent creation of platform-appropriate content (texts, visuals, videos) and editorial contributions for social media Support in the creation of presentations, briefings and pitch documents Research and trend analysis on current developments in the areas of digital marketing, content creation and interactive experiences. Quality assurance and review of created social media content and marketing materials.
Your Profile:Successfully completed degree or training in communication, media, journalism, marketing or similar At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management, moving image content and digital brand management Technical and creative flair for storytelling, trends and platform logic – especially in the tech/innovation environment Proficient use of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc. Excellent English skills, very good German skills Structured, independent way of working and the ability to think strategically while acting operationally Confident in dealing with C-level communication, specialist departments and external partners Enthusiasm for close collaboration in a team on site in Heidelberg.
