As Lead Platform PM, you’ll take on a strategic, cross-cutting role — owning the vision for how all teams build, connect, and extend backend capabilities. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and leadership to shape the system’s design and future-proof it for scale.



This is not just a PM role — it’s a chance to act as the architect of how engineering works across RABOT Energy. Your influence will ripple across every product team and customer experience.

Your Impact

Own the platform vision: module design, API strategy, service boundaries Draft technical concepts and lead architecture conversations with backend engineers Define platform governance, standards, SDKs, documentation, and onboarding processes Evangelize platform usage to internal teams and act as internal product champion Track system adoption and performance; enable improvements and reporting

What can you bring

5+ years in PM or Technical PM roles with strong platform or infrastructure focus Deep systems thinking; you can abstract complex backend domains Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to shape architecture Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders Data bias: define success with metrics like adoption, latency, and error rates Comfortable in iterative, fast-moving environments Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context in both English and German (C1) Being based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg for this role

Nice to Have

Familiarity with microservices, service-oriented design, APIs, backend Background in energy tech, billing platforms, or internal enablement systems
