What You'll Do

As the

Lead Platform Architect

, you are the technical authority responsible for the

end-to-end design, technical governance, and deep-dive execution

of our advanced Hybrid Cloud platform. You will translate our strategic vision into a deployable, high-performing reality.

Your Core Responsibilities as the Technical Pillar:

Platform Architecture & Roadmap:

Own the technical blueprint and strategic roadmap for our high-availability Hybrid Cloud platform built on

OpenShift/K8s on Bare Metal and VMs

.

Deep-Dive Infrastructure Design:

Design and lead the integration of advanced Software-Defined technologies, including

Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

and

Software-Defined Storage (SDS)

, directly into the container orchestration layer.

Execution & Innovation:

Actively write and review foundational code (Terraform, Ansible) and implement

GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/…)

to automate the entire platform lifecycle.

Cloud-Native Modernization:

Pioneer the strategic re-architecting and migration of existing

Legacy-Systems

, leveraging advanced Containerization and DevOps principles.

Governance & Standards:

Establish the technical standards for 'Everything as Code' (EaC) across the organization, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to performance SLAs.

Strategic Realization:

Actively drive and ensure the technical viability of the company-wide

Hybrid Cloud Strategy

About the Ideal Candidate

You are a recognized expert in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture, possessing an unparalleled depth of knowledge in designing and operating high-availability platforms. You are a hands-on architect who can transition seamlessly from whiteboarding complex network flows to debugging production code.

Required Deep Technical Expertise:

Proven experience designing and operating production-grade platforms based on

OpenShift or a similar CNCF Kubernetes distribution on Bare Metal and VM infrastructure.

Mastery of

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

and configuration management (

Ansible

) at an enterprise scale. In-depth, hands-on experience implementing

GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD)

for platform automation. Exceptional expertise in

Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

and

Software-Defined Storage (SDS)

integration within the Kubernetes ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to successfully re-architect and migrate complex legacy applications into containerized, service-mesh environments. Optional relevant advanced technical certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, Red Hat Certified Architect).
