Job Description

Be the face of Learning team and partner with the function owners to curate structured learning paths





Contribute ideas and support execution of strategic learning initiatives across onboarding, leadership, and professional development.

Explore new learning methods, tools, and solutions to enhance employee development.

Manage training logistics end-to-end (sessions, invites, venues, materials, coordination).

Own and maintain the L&D calendar, ensuring timely updates across stakeholders.

Track learning data, prepare dashboards/reports, and provide insights on training effectiveness.

Support LMS operations –user management, troubleshooting, content uploads, and usability improvements.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for smooth program delivery.

Requirements




3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related areas.



Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics and reporting.

Tech-savvy with exposure to LMS and digital learning platforms.

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
