Explore new learning methods, tools, and solutions to enhance employee development.
Manage training logistics end-to-end (sessions, invites, venues, materials, coordination).
Own and maintain the L&D calendar, ensuring timely updates across stakeholders.
Track learning data, prepare dashboards/reports, and provide insights on training effectiveness.
Support LMS operations –user management, troubleshooting, content uploads, and usability improvements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for smooth program delivery.
