Für den größten Standort von CSL Behring suchen wir aktuell nach Mitarbeitenden für unsere visuelle Kontrolle. Im Bereich visuelle Kontrolle werden unsere Produkte und Materialien final überprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass sowohl Produkt als auch Packmittel in einwandfreiem Zustand die weiteren Schritte durchlaufen kann.
Aufgaben
Durchführung von visuellen Kontrollen an teilgefertigten gefriergetrockneten und flüssigen Produkten anhand einer Vielzahl von Fehlerkriterien mittels Handkontrolle, Halb- oder Vollautomaten
Einstellen von Parametern an Anlagen und Überwachung von Prozessen mittels spezieller EDV-Systeme
Erkennen und Beheben von Auffälligkeiten/Störungen an Halb- und Vollautomaten, ggf. Meldung an den Vorgesetzten
Durchführung einer erneuten Qualitätsprüfung an Gutware (AQL-Prüfung; AQL = accepted quality level)
Durchführen von Inprozesskontrollen bei der laufenden Abfüllung von aseptischem Produkt (Arbeiten in Reinraumklasse C und B), Ergreifen von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen und Unregelmäßigkeiten
Vertretung der Teamleitung bei Abwesenheit und damit verbunden fachliche Weisungsbefugnis und Prozessüberwachung

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
i.d.R. 4 Jahre Berufspraxis
Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochtechnisierten und hochmodernen Arbeitsumfeld
Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Schichtsystem
