Your responsibilities

What if your precision and dedication in the lab could contribute to scientific progress and reliable results every single day? As a Laboratory Technician (f/m/x), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory, supporting both routine activities and small-scale studies with accuracy and efficiency. Your main responsibilities include:



Executing and documenting laboratory work according to defined priorities and timelines Performing routine tasks as well as designing and carrying out small-scale studies using established protocols Organizing and maintaining laboratory operations, equipment, and documentation systems Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the proper functioning of laboratory instruments Managing ordering processes, consumables, and material inventory Writing, reviewing, and validating laboratory protocols to ensure compliance and consistency

Your profile

You are a great match for this role if you are passionate about laboratory work, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative scientific environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:



Completed education in a medical or scientific field (e.g., BTA, MTA, CTA) or equivalent education Solid knowledge of molecular biology techniques General understanding of laboratory procedures and their applications Strong laboratory practice and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability Excellent time management and self-organization skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in both German and English
