Technische Aufgaben im Laborbetrieb:

Annahme, Registrierung und Vorbereitung von Proben (z.?B. Blut, Serum, Kot, Urin, Gewebeproben) Durchführung diagnostischer Analysen in verschiedenen Fachbereichen: z.B. Klinische Chemie: z.?B. Leber-, Nieren- und Stoffwechselparameter Hämatologie: z.?B. Blutbilder, Differenzialblutbilder Mikrobiologie: z.?B. Kultivierung von Bakterien, Resistenzen Parasitologie: Nachweis von Endo- und Ektoparasiten Serologie/Immunologie: z.?B. Antikörpernachweise, Schnelltests

Molekularbiologie (ggf.):

z.?B. PCR-Analysen

Histopathologie:

Anfertigen und Färben von histopathologischen Präparaten

Arbeiten mit automatisierten Analysegeräten sowie Durchführung manueller Laborverfahren

Technischer Support & Geräteverantwortung:

Wartung, Pflege und Kalibrierung der eingesetzten Analysegeräte

Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach internen und externen Standards

Erkennen und Beheben technischer Störungen oder Abweichungen im Analyseprozess

Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Geräte oder Methoden

Organisation und Qualitätssicherung:

Validierung und Plausibilitätskontrolle der Untersuchungsergebnisse

Dokumentation der Resultate im Laborinformationssystem (LIS)

Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien (z. B. gemäß ISO 17025, GLP und anderen etablierten QM-Systemen)

Ggf. Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements

Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits und Ringversuchen

Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Laborbereichen sowie medizinischem Fachpersonal

Abstimmung bei Klärungsfällen (z. B. unvollständige Probeninformationen, technische Probleme)
