About The Role
To deliver sustainable volume and margin growth by managing key account customers across the Vending and Beverages segment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for key account customers (e.g. coffee roasters, vending operators, distributors) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Responsibility for results and achieving KPI targets for assigned customers
Expansion of existing customer relationships
Identifying and exploiting growth potential and acquiring new customers
Conducting contract negotiations and implementing price adjustments
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Forecasting, budget planning, and continuous control
Coordinating collaboration with other departments at an international level
Representation of the company at events amd fairs
Market and competitor monitoring
Profile
University degree preferred or comparable professional experience
5 years of experience with international branded goods or private label companies in the food & beverage industry, responsible for key account customers in the out-of-home, retail, or industrial channel
Analytical and structured approach with a strong business acumen and a good understanding of numbers
Committed and engaging personality with a high degree of reliability and integrity
Positive attitude, combined with the ability to work in a solution-oriented and closing manner, even under challenging circumstances
Led by a strong team spirit and a cooperative and constructive approach to collaboration
Fluent in German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce required
