What you can expect:

Full responsibility: You manage and develop your sales territory independently and with strategic foresight. Pioneering spirit wanted: You actively acquire new customers, provide technically sound advice, and drive solution-oriented projects through to contract completion. More than just sales: You conduct training sessions, support new product developments, and oversee your projects through to implementation. Your network counts: You represent our company at trade fairs and industry events and bring valuable market insights into the organization.

What you bring:

Technical background meets sales expertise: You have a solid technical education -combined with commercial or sales-oriented training. Experience that counts: At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales – ideally in plastics or industrial components. Strong networker: You know the industry inside out. Personality with drive: Customer-focused, communicative, and goal-oriented in execution. Language skills: German at native level, fluent English; French is an advantage. Flexible and mobile: Willingness to travel 50–70% within your region.
