KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - MUNICH +


Managing and nurturing relationships with international wholesale partners Serving as the main contact for key accounts, providing consistent updates and support Overseeing the full sales cycle from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinating closely with logistics and accounting teams to guarantee smooth operations Managing post-sales communication, including returns, claims, and special requests Monitoring and allocating sample sets to support wholesale activities and sales campaigns Tracking and analyzing sales performance to identify trends and opportunities Preparing regular sales and inventory reports to support strategic planning Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align production and stock availability Maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach in all client interactions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE




Completed studies or apprenticeship in business, fashion management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in key account, wholesale, or international sales management (fashion or lifestyle preferred) Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Zedonk is a plus Fluent in German and English Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
