KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - MUNICH +
Managing and nurturing relationships with international wholesale partners
Serving as the main contact for key accounts, providing consistent updates and support
Overseeing the full sales cycle from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinating closely with logistics and accounting teams to guarantee smooth operations
Managing post-sales communication, including returns, claims, and special requests
Monitoring and allocating sample sets to support wholesale activities and sales campaigns
Tracking and analyzing sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
Preparing regular sales and inventory reports to support strategic planning
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align production and stock availability
Maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach in all client interactions
