As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to drive the growth and market penetration of Dorel Juvenile brands across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with national key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and achieving ambitious sales targets. Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic key account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Strengthen partnerships with key retailers, ensuring optimal product distribution and brand visibility. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations to expand product listings and shelf space. Analyze sales performance and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and maximize results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After-Sales to deliver seamless customer experiences. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships. Represent Dorel Juvenile professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your profile

Proven experience in key account management or a senior sales role. Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems is a strong advantage. Ability to work on-site at our office in Cologne 2x a week. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Creative and solution-driven thinking, ready to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas.

What we offer


Competitive annual salary between €80K and €85K, depending on experience, with growth potential. Company car, a laptop and mobile phone. Full-time position with eligibility for our sales bonus plan and a 13th-month salary. 27 vacation days annually (based on full-time employment). Comprehensive retirement plan.
