About our Business Unit
Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will belong to the EMEA Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over twelve countries.
Job overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Indirect business within some key regions of Germany, in line with the Club Med strategy.
You will report to the Managing director of Club Med Germany and will be part of the indirect team.
Main missions:
Build strong relationships and develop the business with existing key accounts, develop our image as a reliable and upmarket Tour Operator
Develop and drive the business, in line with the key sales priorities and the upmarket strategy
Ensure professional administration and organization
Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase the sales of Club Med holidays
Accountable for the effective management e-distribution within his/her region
Skills and competencies
Education level
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, or related topics.
Experience
Experience in B2B in the tourism or hospitality industry
Proven success in developing partnerships with relevant partners and brands within the tourism industry
Established and strong network within Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hamburg regions
Familiar with local industry commission rates, commercial agreements, and systems
Knowledge of Club Med range of services and products, B2B and B2C sales conditions
Technical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications inc. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs
Proficient with online systems and booking tools.
Willingness to learn additional internal systems such as Salesforce and the Club Med booking engine.
Soft skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, open to challenges, self-confident with great communication skills.
Strong team spirit
