Übernahme allgemeiner kaufmännischer und administrativer Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung verschiedener Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Qualität, Regulierung und Nachhaltigkeit Erstellung und Formatierung von Berichten und Protokollen Nachverfolgung von Audit Ergebnissen im sozialen und Umweltbereich Upload und Pflege von Konformitätserklärungen Support bei Materialdaten und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Aktives Einbringen bei Fachthemen, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterstützung der Kommunikation sowie der Außendarstellung der Abteilung Eigenverantwortliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache Ansprechpartner:in für Anfragen der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen

Super Werkzeug:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene, idealerweise kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit ist wünschenswert Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
