About this role

As part of our Logistics Onboarding team, you will ensure the continuous development of our courier recruitment and engagement platform. We focus on teamwork to deliver a customer-centric experience, helping multiple teams successfully hire, onboard, and engage with our couriers globally.
We want to see you grow into Salesforce and beyond, as we care about your professional evolution. You will have the opportunity to lead by evolving your developer skills, such as developing LWCs, integrating Salesforce APIs, and implementing external applications into our environment or AWS.
You will help boost our security and automate processes, manage user access to data, and maintain our Salesforce org to make it future-proof. We are looking for an ambitious, Berlin-based teammate who brings a positive attitude to our collaborative, senior-heavy environment.

Collaborate with our senior-heavy team to develop the recruitment platform that powers global courier onboarding.
Drive technical excellence by evolving your LWC and API skills within our world-class CI/CD architecture.
Aim high by automating HR processes and managing permissions to maintain a secure, future-proof Salesforce org.
Help one another succeed by partnering with the team to integrate external applications and cloud-based plug-ins.
Support data-driven decisions by building expert reports that reflect our customer-centric approach to logistics.
Take ownership of daily admin and development tasks to bridge the gap between Salesforce and our microservices.
What will you bring to the team?
------------------------------------
University degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in administrating and developing in Salesforce
Knowledge of the following technologies: Apex, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, Visualforce, and SOQL
Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Aura Components, as well as SLDS standards
A general understanding of business processes for optimization and automation
You have a Salesforce Certificate or looking forward to taking the learning path
Keen to develop and learn new things in a friendly environment
Experience with Domain-Driven-Design
Some Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and a basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
Big plus experiences with AWS, version control (Git) and the concepts of SFDX
Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
