NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: You are responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across the DACH region. You’ll build and manage your pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term Remazing clients.
LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP: You’ll actively follow up on inbound leads, qualify prospects, and maintain structured communication throughout the sales process. Your focus will be on driving value-based conversations and converting leads into commercial opportunities.
PITCH PREPARATION & CUSTOMIZATION: You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor strategic presentations and commercial offers for each lead. This includes contributing to pre-pitch research, helping build analysis-driven narratives, and ensuring each proposal speaks to client needs.
TECHNICAL LEARNING & MARKET UNDERSTANDING: You’ll gradually build technical expertise around Amazon marketing and e-commerce solutions. Over time, you’ll be able to independently understand client challenges, guide them through initial strategic evaluations, and introduce Remazing’s offering in an informed and consultative way.
SALES OPERATIONS & CRM MANAGEMENT: You’ll be responsible for keeping the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) up-to-date with deal progression and maintaining accurate sales documentation. You’ll work closely with other areas of the Growth team to ensure aligned messaging and effective follow-up mechanisms.
INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION: While your main focus is on DACH, you will also support global business development efforts. You’ll contribute to cross-regional pitch preparation and share learnings from your market to help evolve our commercial strategy internationally.
Your Profile
SALES EXPERIENCE: You bring 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS environments. You have a successful track record of managing the full sales funnel—from prospecting to closing.
GERMAN & ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: You are a native German speaker and can conduct high-stakes conversations and pitches in your native language. You also have a strong command of English (C1+) to collaborate with international colleagues and support global leads.
TECHNICAL LEARNING AGILITY: You are excited to develop expertise in Amazon marketing and data-driven consulting. You enjoy getting into the details and understanding what drives performance so that you can pitch solutions with confidence.
STRONG COMMUNICATION & CLOSING SKILLS: You’re a confident communicator who knows how to build trust with prospects, ask the right questions, and tailor your message to the audience. You’re comfortable negotiating and can close deals with professionalism and energy.
STRUCTURED & PROACTIVE APPROACH: You are methodical in managing your pipeline, keeping your CRM updated, and following up on leads. You’re proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow both personally and commercially.
