Your tasks

Collaborate with a

multidisciplinary, talented team

to create world-class products for our customers in a demanding B2B market. Work closely with stakeholders from

Design, Engineering, QA, and Marketing

, and communicate effectively across functions. Develop a

deep understanding of our market, users, technology, and business model

to help validate opportunities and identify real user problems. Identify customer pain points through

customer interactions, user research, and workshops.

Incorporate

data, research, feedback, and market insights

to define requirements, write user stories, and create clear acceptance criteria. Partner with

Sales and Customer Success

to conduct research and ensure a smooth product rollout and ongoing operations. Help plan, coordinate, and deliver product features

on time and within resource constraints.

Prepare internal and external

product documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.

Leverage

AI tools, including Generative AI

, to accelerate research, improve documentation, and support ideation or user communication tasks.

Your Profile

Genuine interest in

product management, SaaS products

, and solving customer problems. Ability to

think strategically and creatively

, beyond existing solutions or business models. Experience (or strong interest) in using

analytics, user research, product discovery methods, and prioritization frameworks

to support product development. A team player who builds strong

cross-functional relationships

and involves stakeholders from all levels and departments. Strong

written and verbal communication skills,

with the ability to collaborate and influence technology, design, and business teams. Educational background in

business, computer science, engineering

, or similar field. Strong interest in

working with AI-powered tools (e.g. Generative AI)

to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making in product development. Excellent communication in

English, German is a plus

Even better if you have:

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Matomo, GA4) Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer success dynamics
