Junior Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

to join our dynamic team!


At Mister Spex, pricing is more than just numbers – it’s a strategic lever that drives growth and customer satisfaction. As a Junior Pricing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategies across multiple categories and business lines. Your analytical mindset and curiosity will help us optimise margins, stay competitive, and deliver value to our customers.

How you contribute

Develop and execute pricing initiatives and strategies across different categories and business lines Prepare and carry out price analyses, making informed decisions based on your findings Refine competitor price monitoring and reporting across all business lines Advance pricing processes and enhance our state-of-the-art toolset Collaborate with marketing and controlling teams on cross-functional projects to improve margins

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or a similar field Initial work experience in pricing, online retail, finance, consulting, or related fields is a plus Strong English and German language skills (B2+) Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality; you enjoy working independently as well as in a team Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage
