We are looking for an

Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

If you enjoy taking responsibility and working with high-quality products, become part of our team in Berlin and help set new standards.



As our new Online Marketing Manager, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to growing our international lifestyle brands. You’ll take ownership of planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic and sales performance across multiple channels. The contract is limited to two years with the option of becoming permanent.

Your mission:

Take an active role in planning, setting up, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Criteo for our lifestyle brands. Work closely with experienced marketers to understand channel mechanics, performance levers, and growth strategies — and quickly take ownership for your own projects. Translate data into action: analyze results, identify patterns, and implement learnings to continuously improve performance Challenge yourself to test new ideas, tools, and formats — always aiming to outperform yesterday’s results. Bring energy and curiosity to every campaign, collaborating with our Brand and Content teams to connect performance with creativity.

Your profile:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Initial experience in digital or performance marketing (internship or first full-time role) — but above all, a strong drive to learn and grow fast. You combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and take ownership for your results. Resilient under pressure, hands-on, and excited to work in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Proactive communicator and team player who thrives on feedback and collaboration. Excellent English skills are required; German is an advantage.
