Neutrik EMEA / Location: Dachau

As a (Junior) Marketing Communications Manager, you will support marketing communications across the EMEA region, focusing on operational tasks including event organization, digital asset management, content creation, and campaign coordination. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, assist in planning and executing regional trade shows and customer events, and support the production of marketing materials tailored to key accounts.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will work closely with Sales and Product Management and interact directly with customers and sales teams to ensure effective digital asset management. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will help deliver high-quality communications across all channels.

Your Tasks

You take care of coordinating and executing trade shows, customer events, and internal events, managing logistics, registrations, travel arrangements, and post-event follow-up while tracking event performance. You contribute to the creation and adaptation of brochures, presentations, and sales kits, ensuring all materials comply with brand guidelines and supporting co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners. You maintain digital assets in the DAM system, keeping photos, graphics, videos, and presentations organized and accessible for the team. You support the execution of campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels, helping to bring marketing initiatives to life. You adapt content for regional audiences, plan and schedule social media posts, and monitor engagement to optimize campaign impact. You assist with press releases and media content, coordinate PR activities, and help tell the brand story consistently across all channels.

Qualifications

Relevant professional qualification (university degree or vocational training) or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in B2B or technical environments Experience with national and international trade show organization Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with DAM or CRM systems Experience with content production, digital content, and social media is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive, hands-on team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; French is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably Willingness to travel (15%-25%), this role is primarily based on-site in Dachau, with some flexibility for remote work where feasible
