Job Description/Preferred QualificationsHauptansprechpartner für Fertigung und Service bei der Fehlersuche und Lösung technischer Probleme in der Endmontage und Inbetriebnahme komplexer Metrology-Systeme Entwicklung und Präsentation von Konzepten und Lösungen für technische Probleme unter Anwendung systematischer Methoden (z. B. 8D) gegenüber Management und Service-Team Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Fertigungsdokumentationen Entwicklung, Optimierung und Pflege von Prozessabläufen Technische Koordination von Stücklistenänderungen Qualifizierung von Erstmusterteilen sowie Nachfolgeprodukten für End-of-Life-Komponenten Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Support („Fly-and-Fix“) bei Eskalationen, die tiefgehendes Produktwissen erfordern Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Qualitäts- und Einkaufsabteilungen zur Lösung von Komponentenproblemen, Verbesserung der Lieferantenqualität und Kostensenkung.

Minimum QualificationsAbgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie weiterführende Qualifikation als Techniker oder Bachelor in den Fachrichtungen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld Technisches Verständnis, praktische Veranlagung und die Fähigkeit, sich engagiert in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Selbstorganisation Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CAD-Software von Vorteil, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im 3D-Druck Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen (bis zu ca. 10 %) Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
