This role offers the exciting opportunity to drive cross-border M&A transactions between Italy and Germany, playing a key role in connecting Italian businesses with German investors and private equity funds.
Tasks
Your Role: Support High-Impact Cross-Border M&A Deals
As a Junior M&A Consultant, you will support our senior team at the forefront of dealmaking, helping to coordinate cross-border transactions and navigate the complexities of international business cultures. Working closely with our senior Partner, you will:

• Assist in managing full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions.
• Help build and maintain trusting relationships with entrepreneurs by preparing well-founded analyses and recommendations.
• Contribute to generating a pipeline of high-value deals by researching and identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market.
• Conduct detailed company and market analyses, supporting the development of strategies tailored to the needs of German investors.
• Support the coordination of legal, commercial, and tax advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Requirements
Your Profile:
We are seeking an ambitious professional with a global mindset and the skills to thrive in the dynamic world of cross-border M&A:

• Bilingual fluency in Italian and German (English is a given).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven ability to navigate the cultural nuances of international business.
• A degree in business, finance, or a related field, combined with initial experience in M&A or private equity.
