The Junior Key Account Operational Manager Europe is responsible in supporting and fulfilling organizational demands in regards of data, content and process support.


In this role, the Junior Key Account Operations Manager Europe has to understand that creating success and sustainable growth with each Key Account (e.g. Amazon and Zalando) is a Cross Divisional project. The KAM is to use and orchestrate the Mammut resources to meet the individual needs of the Key Account.

Your responsibilities

Support internal and external stakeholders in a holistic order book management (seasonal clearing, marketing and window styles, delays, reservations) Support KAM in monthly reporting, planning and continuous preparation of figures (sell in & sell out) 1st point of contact to orchestrate external and internal administrative and operational demands - Stakeholder Management to Merchandise Management, Sales Operations, Controlling, Marketing Manage and control work- and pay flows with an agency Frontend checks on Digital Accounts i.e. corrections of Product Descriptions, Tags, Images etc. to deliver best possible customer journey.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in business / Marketing or Sales; first work experience is desirable Business fluent in English and basis level in German; additional language skills are from advantage Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and general skills to learn new systems Great Excel & analytical skills – proficient in connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to work with a variety of people High ability to travel Outdoors enthusiast
