Schwarz IT takes care of the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of Schwarz Group. As a result, it is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms and business applications. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.
Your TasksCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide technical support to internal departments on process and data modeling & STEP solutions. Development and refinement of business rules, using JavaScript, to automate internal application processes and workflows. Develop and oversee system integrations via interfaces (ESB, Web Service, JMS) to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity. Provide technical support during testing phases and assist in resolving production issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date system/Project documentation. Overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-quality STEP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards. Collaborate effectively with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience with Stibo STEP development and customization , including data model/configurations, workflow, business rule development, STEP WebUI configuration. Strong proficiency in Java/JavaScript, data modeling, and RDBMS systems such as Oracle. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with system integration and API development using Webservices, XML, JSON, and REST. Self-motivated and possesses Self-Learning capabilities and is an effective team player.
