The Role – Your Passion



We will develop you into a CAMPER expert, enabling you to independently support our customers. You will be the first point of contact and available to answer questions regarding our “rent” and “abo” products. First-level support: You provide our customers with solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure end-to-end case resolution. Your focus will be on roadside assistance. You will be supported by modern AI tools to help you assist customers in an even more targeted way. During the high season, the phone is your number one communication channel (of course browser-based and modern). Handling booking adjustments: Your responsibilities include coordinating existing bookings and subscriptions, whether updates, rebookings, or cancellations. When needed, you also support the handling of customer claims. You work closely with other teams, including product development and our international stations, to maximize service quality.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us



You enjoy customer service and are motivated to creatively solve even challenging situations. You are a strong communicator in German and English (additional languages are a plus). You handle complaints confidently and keep a cool head in difficult situations. A positive mindset defines your approach and is clearly felt by our customers over the phone. A genuine passion for camping, travel, and road trips completes your profile.

Your Contract



START DATE:

We are looking for your support starting in May 2026!

WORKING HOURS:

5 days per week / 40 hours (part-time possible by arrangement)


We are available for our customers Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your free time is just as important to us as it is to you! That’s why we place great value on early shift planning, try to accommodate individual preferences as much as possible, and of course you’ll regularly have the option to work from home.
