Augment Life UG, a fast-growing supplement brand, is seeking a
Junior Chief of Staff
to work directly with the
CEO
in driving strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting cross-functional communication across the company.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—from business operations and vendor management to project coordination and team support.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the CEO's time and focus are spent on the highest-impact activities while helping streamline company processes, partnerships, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
+ Manage and prioritise the CEO's schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.
+ Coordinate communication and collaboration between the CEO and internal teams.
+ Plan and organise team events, off-sites, and leadership meetings.
Business Operations & Research:
+ Conduct research on
commercial real estate spaces
for potential expansion.
+ Identify and
screen marketing agencies
and external service providers.
+ Review and summarise
business partnership contracts
and proposals.
+ Research and vet potential
logistics partners
to support distribution growth.
People & Process Support:
+ Assist with
interviewing potential hires
and managing recruiting processes.
+ Work with various team members to
establish and document processes
that improve efficiency and clarity.
+ Support employees in developing internal procedures and communication structures.
Stakeholder Liaison:
+ Coordinate with
lawyers, accountants, and external consultants
on legal and financial matters.
+ Maintain strong lines of communication across departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and German
(spoken and written).
Prior experience
working with or in management roles
across multiple companies or departments.
Excellent
organisational and multitasking skills
, with strong attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
; able to collaborate effectively with executives and team members alike.
Comfortable with
remote tools and hybrid workflows
(e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, project management tools).
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative in dynamic environments.
