As (Junior) Campaign and Paid Social Specialist, you will be part of our fantastic DENS Media Team based in our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.


In this role, you will gain deep executional experience in co-branded campaigns with our brand partners while owning and driving paid social activations across Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. It’s a hands-on position for someone with an analytical mindset, passion for digital media, and curiosity to test, learn, and grow.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:



Execute co-branded campaigns for our brand partners across digital channels, including social media, mobile, SEA and programmatic. Support budget management and campaign coordination in close alignment with HQ Paris. Own and drive paid social campaigns for the hub, including local activations and always-on campaigns. Adapt and create campaign assets in close collaboration with creative agencies and supported by interns/working students, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and timely delivery. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Test and evaluate new social media formats and assets to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with media agencies and cross-functional teams to align paid social campaigns with overall marketing goals and business objectives. Share learnings and reporting with internal stakeholders and the central team.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with focus on social media in a brand or agency environment. Basic knowledge of media landscape preferably paid social media. An analytical mindset with a passion for assessing, optimizing, and acting on performance data. A structured, proactive way of working and the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong team spirit and energy, combined with the confidence to share your ideas openly. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
