Your Key Responsibilities
In Business Operations at Midas, you will partner directly with our leadership across product, operations, and finance to own and optimize mission-critical processes. You will help scale the company’s operational engine, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Support daily business operations and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
Maintain and improve internal administrative processes, workflows, and documentation
Support in organization of company offsites and team events worldwide
Support new hires onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, equipment setup, and documentation
Process invoices and prepare required materials for external tax advisors
Assist with various accounting tasks, expense management, and financial record keeping
Support KYB/KYC onboarding with service partners across multiple Midas entities and jurisdictions
Support internal knowledge management by maintaining and expanding our internal business and operations documentation
Help introduce and roll out new internal tools and processes
What We Are Looking For
Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field – preferred but not required
1 year of experience in business operations, office management, administrative roles, or event coordination
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
Fluent in English and German
Based in Berlin
Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, tokenization, or Web3 is a strong plus
