Job Responsibilities :

Act as the finance contact for all Amazon-related transactions Create credit notes and clear customer accounts receivable Raise dispute cases in Amazon Vendor Central and work to resolve/follow up them in a timely manner Create new customers in SAP/FI and update price changes as necessary Create accruals for sales rebates and perform complex reconciliations Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Ansprechpartner für alle Amazon-bezogenen Transaktionen fungieren Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften sowie Erfassung von Zahlungen und Ausgleich von Forderungen Streitfälle in Amazon Vendor Central eröffnen und diese zeitnah lösen/nachverfolgen Neue Kunden in SAP anlegen und Preisänderungen bei Bedarf vornehmen Rückstellungen für Verkaufsrabatte verwalten und komplexe Abstimmungen durchführen Erstellung von wöchentlichen Berichten Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe kontinuierlich verbessern, um die Effizienz zu steigern

Candidate with Amazon Dispute Management experience is an advantage Accounting experience preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with SAP/FI are preferred Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Dein Profil:

Berufserfahrung im Amazon Dispute Management von Vorteil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Buchhaltungserfahrung von Vorteil Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig mit minimaler Aufsicht zu arbeiten Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP (S4/HANA) sind von Vorteil Selbstmotiviert und ergebnisorientiert mit einer starken Arbeitsmoral Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld gut zu arbeiten Ein Teamplayer, der effektiv mit Kollegen zusammenarbeiten kann Gamer bevorzugt
