IT System Engineer (1st Level) (m/f/d)
. This role is fully focused on first-level support, working with a structured ticketing system to support internal users.Your Profile
A completed degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in IT support or systems operations (excluding internships or working student roles)
You must currently reside in Berlin at the time of application
Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) English language skills are a plus Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-oriented approachKey Responsibilities
Provide 1st level support to internal users via the company’s IT ticketing system Resolve technical issues related to IT systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity Document and track support requests and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams Assist with system configurations, user account management, and device setups Maintain internal documentation and contribute to process improvement Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure a stable and user-friendly system environment
