Betrieb & Administration: Installation, Konfiguration und Monitoring unserer On-Prem- und Cloud-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Active Directory/ Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere/ VDI).
Endpoint- & Mobile-Management: Verwaltung mit Microsoft Intune/ MDM, Softwareverteilung, Patch-Management, Härtung/ Compliance

(z. B. Conditional Access). * Netzwerk & Security: Betrieb von Firewalls, VPN, VLAN/WLAN, NDR/EDR sowie Umsetzung von Zero-Trust-Prinzipien.

Backup & Recovery: Sicherung und Wiederherstellung inkl. Tests und Dokumentation.
Support: Betreuung von Standardsoftware und Fachanwendungen, First- und Second-Level-Support mit klarer Lösungs- und Serviceorientierung.
Projekte: Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden IT-Projekten (z. B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Standortvernetzungen).
Dokumentation & Schulung: Pflege technischer Dokumentationen/ Runbooks, Wissenstransfer und Schulungen für Mitarbeitende.
