Your role
Your primary responsibilities will focus on handling hardware, diagnosing technical issues, and finding creative solutions to challenging problems.
You need to be able to manage multiple assignments, staying clear-headed even under pressure. You are a crucial link between us and our customers, ensuring vital information is communicated transparently. Following intensive training, you'll have the opportunity to specialize further in technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering.
Your tasks
Technical Diagnosis & Hardware Solutions:
Identify hardware faults, troubleshoot effectively, and develop practical, creative solutions.
Order Management:
Efficiently organize recovery orders.
Customer Communication:
Clearly communicate technical details and solutions in writing, providing understandable explanations to customers and our sales team.
Your profile

Clear, direct, and effective communication skills.

Absolute reliability and responsible handling of sensitive data (police clearance certificate required).

Additional Information
Working Hours:
40 hours per week (part-time possible). Availability on weekends may occasionally be required for urgent cases.

Experience:
