Junior IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin (fully on-site in the Berlin office)
Salary: EUR50,000
The successful candidate will possess the following:
A
degree in IT or a related field of study
, or equivalent education. At leastONE year of IT System support / large dataset management experience
(outside of werkstudent experience). Beable to work on-site at the Berlin office
. Proficiency in German is required at aminimum of C1
. Fluency in English is a plus.Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Operation and maintenance of the IT platform and associated systems. Managing and overseeing the overall interface, process, and system monitoring. Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support. Serving as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries. Collaborating with customers and service providers to test new functionalities.
