We’re the minds behind titles like Lords of the Fallen, The Surge series, and Atlas Fallen, known for their rich worlds and immersive gameplay. To continue our success story, we are now looking for you to join our team as our new IT System Administrator (f/m/x).

Your mission includes:

Act as a first point of contact for all IT related tasks Configure new computer hardware and software / perform upgrades and

configuration of desktop, related peripherals and network components

Maintain company's IT infrastructure Set up and manage user accounts and permissions Manage the hardware and software asset inventory Troubleshoot connectivity issues Document procedures and maintain the existing documentation

Your Toolkit:

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Cisco, Sophos Solid IT infrastructure knowledge (Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi) Minimum 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and

repairing computer hardware and software on PCs, servers and related

equipment

Very good English skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence, flexibility and

ability to work under pressure

Flexibility to come to our office in Frankfurt am Main at least 4 times per week Passion for games
