Responsibilities
As an L1 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing
first-level technical support
to all users for hardware and software managed by the IT department.
Your duties will include:
Providing frontline assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing, configuring, and deploying IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, etc.).
Coordinating and/or performing hands-on repairs and replacements of PC components.
Installing and updating software, configuring hardware, systems, and applications.
Logging and managing incidents, service requests, and problems using
ServiceNow
, following
ITIL standards
.
Escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience
in IT support or a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS
,
Microsoft Office 365
, and general PC troubleshooting.
Familiarity with
ITIL
processes (incident, problem, request management).
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow
or similar ticketing tools.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in German (required)
and able to communicate in
English
.
