For our client, we are seeking a communicative and experienced IT Strategy Manager who can provide substantial support to the CIO on strategic matters and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational business.



Aufgaben



Support and drive the development and execution of the IT strategy and roadmap Coordinate and support IT governance and decision-making processes Design, analyse, and continuously improve the IT operating model Track, analyse, and report IT KPIs and performance metrics Support IT budget planning, cost transparency, and financial governance Work closely with senior IT stakeholders and leadership teams Act as a central interface between the CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders Support strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and management decision-making

Qualifikation



3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT strategy, governance role or management support roles (e.g. CIO Office, PMO, Strategy Office) Experience in IT strategy, governance or IT transformation Experience working in complex or matrix organizations Strong project or program management skills Very good communication and stakeholder management skills Independent, proactive, highly reliable, thorough, and socially competent Fluent German and English
