We’re now looking for a

IT & Security Administrator

who will protect Almedia’s digital assets, manage IT infrastructure, and create a secure and scalable technology environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage IT Infrastructure

: Maintain and optimize IT systems — networking, servers, firewalls, backups, and endpoints.

Office Infrastructure

: Oversee dashboards, AV systems, speakers, access control (keyfobs), and Joans.

Security Measures

: Deploy and monitor tools like EDR, firewalls, and patch policies to enforce strong protection.

On-/Offboarding & Equipment Setup

: Handle hardware/software provisioning and laptop reuse, repairs, and setup.

Incident Response

: Help develop and lead protocols for outages and security incidents.

Automation

: Automate updates, patching, scanning, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Tool & Cost Optimization

: Simplify and merge tools to reduce costs and complexity.

IT Support

: Be the go-to person for all things tech and daily team support.

What You’ll Bring

Expertise in IT & Security Systems

: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools, cloud security (AWS, GCP), and IT infrastructure like Active Directory, MDM, and SaaS provisioning.

Problem-Solving Skills

: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT and security challenges.

Risk Management & Compliance Knowledge

: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) and experience in implementing security controls.

Automation Experience

: Expertise in automating IT processes, such as software updates and system monitoring.

Strong Communication Skills

: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation Range: €60K - €70K
