Your responsibilities



Sales Leadership:

+ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
+ Lead and mentor the B2B and B2C Sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
+ Set clear targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success

Market Expansion & Business Development:

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
+ Drive market share growth for LG IT products (such as gaming & medical monitors, notebooks, projectors, cloud devices)

Product Management & Strategy:

+ Collaborate with the Product Management team to align product offerings with market needs
+ Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
+ Participate in product development and pricing strategies to maximize profitability

Financial Management:

+ Develop and manage sales budget, including forecasting and expense control
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
+ Ensure financial targets are met, including revenue, margin, and profitability goals

Team Development & Collaboration:

+ Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience
+ Support the professional growth of team members through training and development programs
+ Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across other departments

Your qualifications



University degree in a relevant field 10+ years professional experience in a comparable position Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers/staff Previous experience as people manager, preferably at department leader level Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Fluent in German and English
