MEININGER Hotels Berlin is looking for an experienced IT Operations Specialist (f/m/d) who will support the day-to-day operation of live IT systems.

Minimum 5

years experience

for this role and candidate should be based in Berlin.

YOUR TASKS

Managing the resolution of user issues and requests within the Company’s agreed service levels Resolving user issues and queries where the ownership is with MEININGER Establish and maintain service levels that balance business needs with the budget Administer live systems: administering AD / Entra ID; maintaining user accounts; and ensuring that system maintenance tasks are taking place as specified. Work to establish the root cause of issues and implement changes to resolve those underlying problems. Manage the process for providing hardware and software to MEININGER Run a continuous improvement process to provide ongoing improvements to IT’s products and services to the MEININGER business.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 5 years working in business A proven track record in working with IT systems and processes in an operational capacity Proven IT helpdesk management Methodical work approach Understanding of business processes and practices Strong stakeholder management skills and good time management skills Business proficiency in English, and any other language is advantageous
