Support the Business partner portal team to manage user registration, screening compliance checks and registration process
Responsible for Level 1 and 2 of support KPIs for response and resolution for all applications in the portfolio
Quality assurance and singoff for all new changes, features, updates in the application portfolio
Reporting and dashboard development for operational KPIs and other business requirements
Requirements:
Education : University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience : Experience in operations of IT applications , handling customer facing queries and situations
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage business and customer users, set expectations and solve issues in a professional manner
IT Skills: Knowledge of portal technologies, Salesforce platform and reporting technologies like Power BI
Business Skills : Knowledge of Advantest IT landscape , ability to comprehend business challenges and translate to technical solutions
* Language : Fluent in English , Ability to communicate in German , Japanese would be desirable
