IT – Netzwerk- / Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

? Department / Team: Central IT (2-person core team)
? Reports to: Head of IT Department
? Team Size: 1 direct colleague (Programmer) + cross-functional liaison with production & admin

Location & Working Model
? Primary Location: 99867 Gotha, Germany (factory premises)
? Remote / Hybrid / On-Site Policy: 100 % on-site; no home office
? Travel Requirements: Local trips between company sites (~3 km); driving licence B + own car required (mileage reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities
? Administer, maintain and optimise on-prem networks, servers, clients & telephony (~500 devices)
? Ensure availability & security of core infrastructure (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, WLAN, etc.)
? Provide 1st/2nd-level user support across production and office environments
? Manage Windows Server, Windows Client and Microsoft Office ecosystems
? Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals and connectivity issues
? Participate in IT infrastructure and improvement projects company-wide
? Document configurations, incidents and preventive actions

?5 years IT administration in an industrial environment
? Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/S, RDP, SMTP, WLAN, VLAN)
? Strong Windows Server / Client / Office skills
? German C2 (native-level)
? Class B driving licence & own vehicle
? Self-driven, quality-focused, communicative & resilient

Nice-to-Haves:
? Experience with Sophos & Lancom products
? Microsoft 365 know-how
? English proficiency
