Position Responsibilities and Functions



Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Provide support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure. Offer assistance for Mac OS environments. Maintain and update support tickets. Collaborate with team members and users to ensure smooth IT operations.

Skills



Technical proficiencies, such as hardware and software knowledge, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network configuration, and cybersecurity, and soft skills like excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, customer service, adaptability, and organization

Requirment



Valid work permit in Germany German language proficiency B2 or above
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 170,00€ per day
