Job Description

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Serve as the local Business Application Owner for Run-To-Run, Defect Management, and Yield Management systems: understand business requirements, identify gaps, and act as the primary contact for business stakeholders Translate manufacturing and process-related requirements into functional system configurations and business rules Analyze business requirements, develop and configure necessary system adjustments, perform tests, and document results Collaborate closely with the global team and external software vendors, contributing your own ideas Proactively identify and propose system improvements (e.g., AI), and provide consulting services regarding new features and existing solutions Handle production incidents: act as the primary business contact and coordinate resolution with IT teams

Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study Initial professional experience required, ideally in the semiconductor industry and process control Experience with Linux and cloud/databases (Oracle, SQL) is desirable Knowledge of AI/ML and scripting (e.g., Python) is an advantage Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with users and colleagues in Germany and Malaysia Independent working style, analytical mindset, and hands-on mentality * Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
