The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, managing IT infrastructure tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory, and ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient troubleshooting and ticket management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows 10/11
, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications.
Deploy and manage software, patches, and updates using
Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
.
Administer and monitor device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment through
Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in
Active Directory (AD)
and
Azure AD
.
Diagnose and resolve
network connectivity
issues, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Log and manage incidents through a
ticketing system
(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice) ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Support
IT asset management
, including hardware inventory and lifecycle management.
Assist in
employee onboarding/offboarding
(device setup, account configuration, access rights).
Collaborate with internal IT and infrastructure teams to maintain system stability, security, and compliance.
Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for recurring technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science
, or a related field.
3+ years
of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
Strong working knowledge of
SCCM
,
Intune
,
Active Directory
, and
Group Policy Management
.
Familiarity with
network protocols
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience using
IT ticketing systems
for issue tracking and escalation.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Fluent in German (B2 certified)
and proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications
Experience with
remote desktop tools
(e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Knowledge of
ITIL principles
and IT service management best practices.
