We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our IT Digital Workplace Team in Krailling.

Your MissionYou provide 1st and 2nd Level technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, and user account issues. You set up, configure, and install computers, phones, and related equipment. You manage and document support tickets using the company’s IT service management (ITSM) system (ServiceNow). You maintain and support Windows and Mac systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools. In collaboration with remote IT teams, you escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Finally, you also support user onboarding and offboarding processes, while enforcing IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Your TalentsCompleted vocational training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent degree Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support Experience in all Microsoft 365 services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently Fluent in German and English
