Analyse großer Datenmengen aus Produktion, Logistik und Administration Entwicklung und Implementierung von Machine-Learning- und KI-Modellen zur Prozessoptimierung Aufbau und Pflege von Data-Pipelines sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität Erstellung von Dashboards, Reportings und Prognosemodellen für das Management Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten, z. B. Predictive Maintenance, Qualitätsanalyse oder Energieeffizienz Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen (Produktion, Controlling, IT) zur Identifikation relevanter Use Cases Mitarbeit an globalen Nemak-Digitalisierungsinitiativen

Position Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Statistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics / Data Science, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python, R oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (SQL, NoSQL) und Big-Data-Technologien (z. B. Hadoop, Spark) Kenntnisse in Machine Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit Visualisierungstools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke Englisch fließend
