Job Description

Analysis of large amounts of data from production, logistics, and administration Development and implementation of machine learning and AI models for process optimization Establishment and maintenance of data pipelines and ensuring data quality Creation of dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for management Support for digitization projects, e.g., predictive maintenance, quality analysis, or energy efficiency Close cooperation with specialist departments (production, controlling, IT) to identify relevant use cases Collaboration on global Nemak digitization initiatives

Position Requirements

Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or comparable qualification Initial professional experience in data analytics/data science, ideally in an industrial environment In-depth knowledge of Python, R, or comparable programming languages Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) is an advantage Confident use of visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Very good analytical skills, structured approach to work, and strong communication skills English fluent
