We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic IT Business Analyst who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse processes, gather requirements, and deliver insights that shape the future of our digital products and services.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a

IT Business Analyst, you

Analyse business requirements and identify IT solutions to support our customers’ strategic goals Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and clarify requirements Create detailed documentation, functional specifications and process models Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support user testing, quality assurance, as well as monitor implementation Develop training and support materials Monitor IT trends to drive innovation and process improvement Support in project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring

Who we are looking for

Experience as an IT Business Analysts or in a similar role Strong knowledge in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation Experience with process modelling and data flow diagrams Skilled in methods and technologies like Use Cases, User Stories, SQL and UML Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills Preferably certifications such as CBAP, CCBA and/or IREB Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
